Architect: Vincent Callebaut
Project Manager: Hill International

AE Interests: Callebaut has designed this coral reef inspired building to be a role model for green sustainable architecture in Cairo. A solar roof paneling and facades in the form of fish gills provides shadow in optimal areas in order to decrease mechanical ventilation. LEED gold plus certification.

MEP: Integrated Consulting Group, Hoare Lea

AE Interests: Geometry of the building allows light to create shadows that highlight the curvature of each tower. A ripple effect is used on the North Edge while a ribboning pattern is used on the South Edge, both elements intertwine by an outdoor delta form.
