AE Interest: Two buildings can be broken down into 5 parts and moved during flooding, made of low-maintenance rusted Cor-ten steel over wood frame with sheep wool insulation, raised steel deck for drying and storing boats,  material from previous site used to create insect habitats on the roofs to attract birds

AE Interest: Rectilinear form, 4 learning centers connected by a courtyard, interior walls are movable to create a variety of spaces, mixture of forest shading and open windows instead of mechanical cooling, exposed concrete and steel structure.
