AE Interest: 16 elevators operating independently in eight shafts within the central atrium, highly adaptable commercial building,blue curvilinear facades with glazed rectilinear elevator shafts on each side, A large proportion of the steelwork in the building is visible, clearly displaying its structural function

AE Interest: ten floors of column-free office space, south-facing open-sided atrium that is stepped upwards in a series of planted terraces and contains four scenic lifts, facades combine gazing and vertically overlapped slate panels

AE Interest: sensitive landscaping, use of environmental friendly production techniques, sunk partly into the ground and features a “living roof”, finely detailed facades around a central courtyard, achieved the highest BREEAM rating of Excellent
