1500 seat theater, Rehearsal Rooms, Restaurant on the 15th floor, Exhibition Hall, School of Performing Arts with a special block for children and one for adults, which has a library, video library, listening room, computer center, auditorium for 300 people, cafes and classrooms and trials for up to 1500 students

AE Interests: Translucent skin, cantilevers, combination steel and concrete structure, multifunctional purpose
