AE Interests: Reinforced concrete and steel plus laminated wood roof framing. Large canopy provides sun shading efficiency. Deciduous trees planted next to external air intakes precools air before it enters the building.

AE Interests: Built after a devastating earthquake, the compound layers the alter topography with little adjustments to the natural ground.
