AE Interest: Project Oriel windows and faience facade. Merges a new high retail shopping building with a Grade II listed Edwardian building to revitalize a neighborhood.

AE Interests: Originally used for radio broadcasting tower,the tower moves no more than 10 inches in 95 mph wind. The tower has the largest LED display in the world compromising of 529,750 panels.
