Construction Company: Grupo Deptos
Completion: 2006

AE Interests: 120 meters (341.69 ft), aluminum skin, reinforced concrete and glass, curtain wall facade system, 40 seismic designed to withstand an earthquake of 8.5 on the Richter Scale.

AE Interest: concrete structure, façade from 5 different types of precast pieces shaped like propeller blades, heights of blades varies between 16 to 20 meters.

AE Interest: LEED Gold, sky gardens every ninth floor, geometry of the exterior shading used to create a lattice design protecting the façade from sunlight and heat while optimizing natural daylight.
