AE Interest: The new development was designed as two independent buildings with their own servicing entrances, the other being the Salvation Army headquarters. Hot rolled steel sections in the cladding aids the outer screen, this provides proper solar shading.

AE Interest: Uses natural topography to aid wine process, reducing building’s energy use and maximizing efficiency,  concrete structure of Corten steel, roof has photovoltaic cells and concrete to cool interior.
