Location: Providencia-Las Condes, Santiago, Chile
Architects: Cesar Pelli & Associates Architects / Alemparte Barreda y Asociados
Engineer: Thornton y Tomasetti
Structural Engineer: René Lagos y Asociados Ingenieros Civiles Ltda
Construction Years: 2006-2013

Interests: This is the tallest building in South America. It casts a shadow of over 1 mile long. LEED Gold (Shell and Core) certification in progress. Has a curtain wall façade.
