(currently called the Magazine restaurant)
Location: London, U.K. in Kensington Gardens
Architect:  Zaha Hadid Architects
Structural, MEP, Fire engineering:  Arup
Lighting: Isometrix
Project Management: Rise
Completed:  November 2013

AE Interest:  Glass-fibre woven membrane roof, complex form.  “Instead of using perimeter columns, the edge beam – a twisted ladder truss supported on three points – dips down to the supporting ground in front, in the back, and on the free west side…” [1]. Cantilevered, frame-less glass walls.
