Structural Engineer: Odeh Engineers, Inc.
MEP Engineer: WSP Flack + Kurtz
Main Constructor: Suffolk Construction Company, Inc.

AE Interest: Facade constructed of 5,500 metal panel that have 5 distinct colors whose purpose is to mimic a tree. Curved base constructed through use of steel truss system. LEED Silver. More than 50 percent of the building materials used has recycled content. Orientation of windows help to lessen heat gain.
