AE Interests: it is dominated by an undulating eave, a triangular terrace that splits the building
and tall, diagonal pillars, structure of the house consists of a steel frame with attached timber studs
and beams, allows natural ventilation from the residing sea

AE Interests: formed by a glulam frame, assembled on site from industrially prefabricated
Safe Wood glulam units, outer surface of the cafe has been carbonised by burning and creosoted
to make them weather resistant

AE Interests: all activities of the building are visible through the 2-storey glazed
main facade, the opposite side is covered with stainless steel chain-link conveyor belt
which make it appear like scales of a salmon, has half-circle plan shape with two glass-
covered “canyons” sliced in to permit natural light to enter
